Amicable staff and favourable location in terms of sight seeing, everything was perfect. I asked for family room with terrace and extra bedroom, as for instance, had a warm stay. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge, greatly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was next to the market and restaurants, Jerusalem's, and the Israeli Parliament...

The hotel has a fantastic balcony overlooking the Knesset.
I felt abandoned. The hosts were never around. It was lonely, and I never had any interaction with the staff. Considering the boutique nature of the hotel, I expected a more personal touch, but that was sorely lacking .

The room was bright, spacious, and impeccably clean, with a balcony offering amazing views. The location was ideal, close to downtown and must-visit attractions. The owners, Mimi and Yoel, treated us like family and their warmth made us feel right at home.
The breakfast could use some improvement, maybe by adding more variety to the menu.
